I’m a visual artist and art therapy practitioner exploring contemplative and symbolic painting with natural and eco friendly materials.

My creative process is a tool for meditation, introspection, and self-healing. Through these quiet, reflective rituals, I aim to reach and visualize a state of profound inner peace, or reveal hidden imagery from the subconscious and translate it into visual metaphors.

I deeply believe that artistic practice can be both expressive and environmentally conscious. I’m committed to using natural, non toxic, and ethically sourced materials, while continually exploring new methods to create in harmony with Nature.
