Symbolism, and the alchemy of the human spirit.

Metamorphosis series explores the transformative nature of the human experience through symbolic, often surreal, figurative forms. Blending elements of anatomy, flora, and sacred iconography, I approach the body not as a vessel, but as a landscape that carries memory, healing, and inner myth. 

​Using natural, handmade watercolors, recycled cotton paper, and organic and re-purposed materials, I allow the medium itself to echo the themes of impermanence, regeneration, and return to source. Each piece is a poetical visual metaphor of remembering what has been buried or broken or on how we might re-root through pain into something beautiful and new. Drawing inspiration from mystic surrealists and contemporary visionaries, I work at the intersection of symbolic narrative and quiet rituals of self exploration and healing.
