In a time when everything is being automated, digitalized, virtualized, and dehumanized, we need more than ever to simply be and to feel.
Engaging in a gentle, relaxing activity that nurtures all our senses and soothes the soul allows us to embrace what we are: fragile, imperfect humans living in a fast-paced world that constantly demands productivity and results. What if, for a brief moment, you slowed down, quieted your mind, and treated your senses to calming sensations and creative expression, without goals or expectations?
I’ve been practicing meditative painting long before I realized it is an evidence-based art therapy practice. This process has had a profoundly positive impact on my mental health and overall well-being. I always felt a deep desire to share this experience with others, so after gaining theoretical knowledge and becoming a certified holistic art therapy practitioner, I created meditative painting workshop programs based on years of artistic and personal experience, art therapy education, and volunteering practice.
These workshops are carefully designed to engage all the senses, helping you slow down and enjoy the benefits of the creative process. No previous painting experience or skills are needed - the focus is not on the final artwork, but on your personal experience and the impact of creativity on body, mind, and emotions.
Each workshop is an immersive, multisensory experience combining meditation, music, calming natural scents, and creative expression. Sessions take place in small, intimate groups to ensure individual attention and a safe, supportive atmosphere.
